Complaints (lack of conformity of goods with the contract)

If the purchased Goods are not in conformity with the contract, you have the right to submit a complaint. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract existing at the time of their delivery and revealed within 2 years from that time. Under a complaint you may demand repair or replacement of the Goods, and in the cases specified in the Consumer Rights Act – a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

Submit your complaint by e-mail to: sklep@unit4men.pl or in writing to: PrestigeLab Sp. z o.o., ul. Jagiellońska 25 C, 13-300 Nowe Miasto Lubawskie. We will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

If the complaint is justified, we refund the costs you incurred for returning the complained-about Goods. The Store recommends using the complaint form template – this is not necessary for the complaint to be considered, but it may speed up the procedure.

Withdrawal from the contract (return)

1. A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with Consumer rights has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason. In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is deemed not concluded and the mutual performances are to be returned.

2. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Consumer (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by them) took possession of the Goods, and in the case of multiple Goods delivered separately – the last of them.

3. To withdraw from the contract, inform the Store of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement. You can do this in three ways:

a) most conveniently – via the electronic "Quick return" form (also available in the footer of www.unit4men.pl) – you provide the order number and e-mail, confirm your identity with a code, select the Goods and the reason for the return;

b) by e-mail to: sklep@unit4men.pl (state the Order number and the words "withdrawal from the contract" in the subject);

c) in writing to: PrestigeLab Sp. z o.o., ul. Jagiellońska 25 C, 13-300 Nowe Miasto Lubawskie.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiry. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory.

4. Return the Goods immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day of withdrawal, to: PrestigeLab Sp. z o.o., ul. Jagiellońska 25 C, 13-300 Nowe Miasto Lubawskie. The direct costs of returning the Goods are borne by the Consumer.

5. We refund the payments (including the delivery costs up to the amount of the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Store) immediately, no later than within 14 days, using the same method of payment that you used.

6. You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from using them in a manner going beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

7. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Goods delivered in sealed packaging which, after opening the packaging, cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery (Article 38(5) of the Consumer Rights Act) – this applies in particular to cosmetics whose seal has been broken.
